Pink Salmon (Humpies)

Kenai River Pink Salmon (Humpies) run about 10 lbs. and they return every other year. The Humpies are the smallest of the Kenai River Salmon. They have very large spots on the back and large black oval blotches on both tail lobes.

They also have small scales. Humpies are great fun for kids and adults to catch. When they are in, you can almost guarantee a catch every time because they come in so thick!! Pink Salmon is great for canning and smoking. You’ll enjoy every bite as much as you enjoyed catching them.
